NMB Investigation
Reports are already coming in
of forged authorization cards and of flight attendants having been cornered on
the airplane and in other work areas and coerced into signing a Machinists
Election Authorization card. If you were intimidated into signing a card, or if
you were misled into believing that signing meant only that you were requesting
information, or if you have reason to believe that a card was forged in your
name, please call the National Mediation Board (NMB) at (202) 692-5040 to be
added to the investigation docket.
According the NMB
representatives, an overwhelming number of Delta flight attendants have already
called to report acts of malfeasance and intimidation and evidence of
fraudulent card filing. The NMB representative has indicated that a case has
been opened and each report will be thoroughly investigated. The NMB will hold
your information in the strictest confidentiality.
IAM Seeks to Silence Your Voice
In a creepy example of
foreshadowing (if they ever coerce their way into representing the Delta flight
attendants) IAM representatives are already trying to quash your Voice and
Rights.
Russ Mates, retired flight
attendant and IAM agitator (referencing an online post to contact the NMB: “How
is the NMB going to feel about this? . . . I let them (Delta flight attendants)
know that their calls most likely would not be taken as the cards were
confidential . . . oh boy””
Kim Paquette: “This lacks the
maturity I would expect from adult professionals. That is all I will say.”
(Yes, IAM advocate Kim ACTUALLY SAID raising a concern or using your Voice is
immature and unprofessional – and as she would apparently like us to believe,
she is the judge of all of us).
Kevin Griffin (failed former
NWA AFA president and also named on page 4 of this lawsuit against Delta http://www.gpo.gov/fdsys/pkg/USCOURTS-hid-1_12-cv-00423/pdf/USCOURTS-hid-1_12-cv-00423-0.pdf:
“LOL One way of really getting on the bad side of the NMB or any government
office is to put a phone number on a social media web site and telling people
to call.” Apparently Kevin is still as out of touch today as when he sold the
NWA flight attendants down the river as the NWA AFA president, and he is doing
everything he can to silence your Voice.
Despite what these and other
IAM representatives are trying to tell us, the NMB investigation into false
filings, coercion and intimidation into signing a card is alive and well.
