What would happen to my Northwest sick time bank if I transition to Delta benefits?

“Your entire sick bank would be converted into Certified Time.
If a flight attendant has more than 150 days (1200 hours) of Certified Time after their sick time has been converted, they would be grandfathered in with the higher balance and would not lose any sick time.”
